Cooked chicken--no problem, except for the puking because it's pretty gross.
Raw chicken--hope you have speed dial 911.

If it is cooked chicken ,no he will not get sick
If it is raw chicken (ewwww not a good idea), then yes ,he will get salminela food poisoning, rush him to the hospital emergency....fast!

As long as the chicken was properly cooked first, it shouldn't be a problem....
