That sounds good! I went out and had a burrito with grilled chicken, lime flavored rice, sour cream, cheese, onions, salsa and guacamole. Oh, and I had a Snapple Red Tea too!

Very cold here today, wind chills in the -0s. Went for comfort food: Ham and noodle casserole. It was yummy. Had several people over to share it with and we ate it all up. No leftovers. Yay!

I had a small bowl of Tomato soup,a grilled cheese sandwich,and a glass of cold milk.Its really cold here,and we got snow,and nothing hits the spot on a cold day like a bowl of soup!Have a good night sweetie.

A delicious stir fry made with carrots, broccoli, orange bell peepers and lots of baby corn. I cooked it in canola oil, added teriaki sauce (just a bit) and then lots of basil. Served on a bed of wild rice, its absolutely delicious.

Gosh I had cheese and crackers but I had a great lunch--grilled chicken and salad. Meatloaf is one of my favorite meals..maybe this weekend.
