Don't take guys actions personally. Alot of us really aren't wanting the monogamous relationship thing. So we tend to lay low at times so you won't get the wrong idea. It's not a one day we like you and the next we don't like you. We always like you. Just keeping you at bay.
I don't know what age you are, but young guys do this alot. As they mature, they learn how to express their feelings, and be more open and able to says what's really going on. In the meantime help out. You be the one to start the communication thing going. Don't scare them. Let them know you're cool, and see how they open up. If you're cool, they'll be cool.

Just to piggy back on what Mickey said earlier. More than likely its nothing personal. There are a number of reasons why guys do this. Im just gonna break down a few(don't wanna lose my pimp card).
Sweetheart let me tell you. This is right here has been around in the game for a long time.
The first one is he may be doing it to keep you interested. Look at it this way. ex: you guys have been kickin it for a minute right, all is good, u know good sex and everything. You really, feelin the dude right. Then all of a sudden he goes maybe one or two day without callin you. Or he may front like he's busy and have to get off the phone when you call him. When you stay unpredictable it keeps someone guessing and also keeps their interest because your not expecting it and you don't know what'll happen next. Just think of how boring it would get if you chill everyday, or he's never busy when you call him, or you always know what he's doing.....BOOORING!!!!!.
Next: your not the only one he's seeing. Being a playa is all about time management. If you wanna be with multiple people, then you can't spend too much time up in one person's face all day. or else the other playas on the team( other woman) will get mad because they not getting any playin time, feel me...can I get a AMEN!!! Therefore whenever he's not showing you any interest young lady, trust and believe someone else is gettin his attention.

Quit focusing on the male; it may make you seem insecure, or boy crazy. You cannot know what is going on in someone's soul, unless you love that person. Add to that things like short attention spans that some young people may have until they grow up and take life seriously.
