do you know anyone who's had shingles at a young age?

i got shingles at age 18. anyone else? it seems that most people don't get them until they're much older.

I had them in my 20's. No fun! I'm 36 now and have not had a reocurance. Make sure to take care of yourself and eat right. Try to avoid children with the chicken pox, this could make it pop up again.
