If a parent co-signs for the account, then a kid can have a checking account at most banks. If the kid has a savings account, you should just ask the bank to send you an ATM card.

None, you have to be 15 to get an atm or debit card, for you to get the savings your mom has to approve, and for the debit card, it has to be allowed by your mom for you to use it, at eleven you can't have one. from a personnal banker.
