Hair in the front of my head wont grow back?

I use to use relaxers about a year ago. and since then i had these little kinky hairs in the front of my head.. ill say about an inch of them.. that just don't seem to grow back.. its also more kinker they the rest of my hair.. it looks harrible.. how can i make it grow back or make it less noticable?

Maybe you should see a dermatologist, it's possible that the relaxers damaged your follicles. I hope it all works out.
