I get a pain so bad on the outer side of my foot that my leg sometime gives out. It only last about 20 seconds and then goes away. Any ideals? To give ideal of how paniful it is I would rather have 5 charle horses at the sametime than this pain but then it just goes away.

That side of your foot is related to your spine. If you do not take care of it now, it will worsen and move up to your spine. Massage entire feet and drink lots of soothing water. Pain signals that the body needs water. Read the book: you're not sick, you're thirsty. Lots of luck. Also try apple cider vinegar. Read the websites on ACV.

Foot cramp? take a lot more potassium, zinc and calcium.
