Yes. Its a little on the early side, but teeth milestones vary. Also, a lot of children bump one of their teeth at one point or another (and not necessarily announce it to you). That can loosen the tooth earlier than it would have been. If the tooth was loosened prematurely your child will be without a tooth for quite a while before the new one comes in. If he's an early "tooth bloomer" the new one will be in soon.

childrens lose tooth at their very own value. My tooth have been sluggish in an attempt to get my orthodontics rolling, they pulled my tooth. My brother had 2 tooth pulled and the everlasting tooth did not strengthen in for over 2 years. He grew to become into 12 while that got here approximately and that they have got been the the two tooth next to the precise front tooth. each infant is distinctive. consistent with probability your niece might desire to flow get an xray (a breathtaking one) and see what's going o along with her grownup tooth if that's a concern. i'm particular she's ok. My oldest daughter is practically 7 and he or she's lost 5 tooth, yet my nephew who's 12 days older than her has in basic terms lost 3. do not concern approximately it too lots. it is okay. ; )

Are you kidding me? It would have been rare if your child-at his age-never to have lost a tooth! I mean, by the time I was five, I was already going to the dentist because my bad health has made me lose my permanent teeth by the time I was 9. And that was not fun, either. So, there is nothing wrong with him to have lost his tooth today.

Every child is different and do different things at different times.
Two of my grand daughers were in the first grade before they lost their first tooth. Their younger sister, on the other hand, lost her first tooth at age four - so there really isn't a 'normal' age for children to be losing teeth.

My 5 year old has lost 5 teeth now, with another currently loose. Your child is totally fine. If you have had your child see the dentist and have had x-rays done, they will undoubtedly show that the big teeth are right behind the baby teeth coming in. No worries...
