Best Ever Layered Mexican Dip
This is the quickest, easiest, best tasting Mexican dip ever! It's great to serve at parties. I always make two
1 (9 ounce) can bean dip
1 (6 ounce) container guacamole
12 oz sour cream
1 (1 ounce) package taco seasoning mix
1 (8 ounce) package shredded Cheddar cheese
1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and diced
1 tomato, chopped
1 In a clear pie pan, or similar dish, spread a layer of bean dip. Top the bean dip with a layer of guacamole. Allow the layers to thicken in the refrigerator for approximately 20 minutes.
2 In a mixing bowl, while the bean dip and guacamole chill, combine the sour cream and taco seasoning. When the chilled mixture is sufficiently thickened, spread a layer of the sour cream mixture over the layer of guacamole. Top the sour cream layer with the grated cheese. Garnish the layers with the jalapenos and tomatoes.

Spicy Maryland Crab Dip
A delicious hot crab and cheese dip that comes straight from the heart of the Chesapeake Bay! Serve with crackers or a warm baguette.
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sour cream
2 Tbs mayonnaise
1 1/2 Tbs lemon juice
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp dry mustard
garlic powder to taste
1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
3/4 lb fresh crabmeat
3 dashes hot sauce
Old Bay, to taste
1 Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C). Lightly grease a 1 quart baking dish.
2 In a medium bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, dry mustard, garlic powder and about 2 tablespoons of the Cheddar cheese. Fold in crabmeat, hot sauce and 2 tablespoons seafood seasoning.
3 Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish. Top with remaining Cheddar cheese and seafood seasoning. Bake in the preheated oven 30 minutes, or until bubbly and lightly browned.
Yield: 2 cups

Antojitos Minis
These little Mexican inspired appetizers are easy to prepare and the many ingredients may be varied according to taste. Try layering the cheeses and vegetables in different variations for a colorful and exciting platter.
4 (12 inch) flour tortillas
3 oz shredded white Cheddar cheese
3 oz shredded Monterey Jack cheese
3 oz shredded Cheddar cheese
1 tomato, diced
1 cup chopped red bell pepper
1/8 cup chopped green onions
1/3 cup black beans, drained
2 Tbs hot salsa
1/8 tsp chili powder
1 Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C). Lightly grease two 12 cup muffin pans.
2 Cut each tortilla into 6 smaller round pieces. Insert the pieces into the muffin tin cups. Arrange the white Cheddar cheese, Monterey Jack cheese, Cheddar cheese, tomato, red bell pepper, green onions, black beans, hot salsa and chili powder in the cups as desired.
3 Bake in the preheated oven 5 minutes, or until the cheeses are lightly browned and bubbly.

Anything that u can pick up with ur fingers and put in ur mouth in a singe bite..
some ideas
- pizzas (always great)
- bite size brownies (make some at home or buy them)
- cookies
- Dips (with chips)
i have my sour cream and cream cheese dip myself...
go 2:1 ratio for sourcream:cream cheese (so more sour cream than creem cheese) then mix it with taco sauce (it will be red-ish) and blend it well so cream cheese and sour cream mix well together..
then spread it out on a pan, a dish whatever. Then pour salsa over the mixture (dont mix!) then cut up some lettuce and cover salsa with that. put cheese on top.. and thats the dip!
- make a punch - mix ginger ale with fruit pops (like orange, pommagranate etc)

This recipe is kind of difficult. I will make it as simple as I can.

1 finger
1 phone
1 Pizza hut

Combine all those together and you have less stress and you can enjoy your party to without worrying if someone likes something you have made. I particularly love this recipe because less dishes, serve on paper plates.
