ok ISO is a program that helps you to open ISO images, for example a movie or application you downloaded from the net or any P2P program and when you finally downloaded it is in ISO format and you don't know or can't see whats inside. well this program lets you see what are the contents of that file and you can burn it to DVD or Cd depending on the file
