It's usually a stork, where the stork's beak is carrying a white sack with a baby in it. yea, they usually say that babies are delivered around Christmas Time, but it is untrue. But the bird is a stork!

I believe his name is Norbert. Norbert is a stork, of course, and a very special one. It seems that he lives eternally and drinks quite a bit if you believe the Bugs Bunny cartoons.
