Anything with shrimp, add a lobster tail with butter and call me happy.
Stuffed mushrooms before
A Cesar salad and some type of tater on the side.
Probably no room for dessert.
But maybe a scoop of Pistachio ice cream!
Now call me really, really happy..........and full to boot!

My favorite meal:

Appetizer: Calamari
Why: It's probably because it's a family favorite. Plus it's chewy (yum!)

Main Course: Tender and juicy steaks
Why: I love meat that has a unique taste to it. It's especially good after a hard day working.

Side 1: Fried Rice
Why: It's something easy to eat. And it has many other healthy bits in it like carrots, peas, scrambled eggs, etc.

Side 2: Mashed Potatoes
Why: Buttered mashed potatoes are what I usually eat as a side. I think they have a GREAT taste. Most are also very "fluffy"

Dessert: Triple Chocolate Brownie
Why: I'm obsessed with chocolate. It's my favorite.

Pork with mashed potatoes and mixed vegetables. On the sides, a small bowl of apple sauce and corn on the cob. For dessert, sweet potato pie. This would be an ideal meal for me. If I wasn't so lazy, I would make it myself.

Very rare prime rib of beef, sweet potato cooked with bacon, nutmeg and brown sugar, steamed Brussels sprouts. Appetizer would be a salad with onions, green peppers, lettuce, carrots, and ranch dressing. One more side, steamed artichoke served with Green Goddess salad dressing. Desert would be hot baklava, or cheesecake smothered with strawberries.
