and NO- it's NOT for me! it's a very long and confusing story but i want to help a friend get back at his ex girlfriend who is 14 and started dating a 19 year old guy...

It's only legal in Kentucky, Tennessee, Georgia, Alabama And Louisianna...and then it has to be yer 1st er 2nd cuzzin.
The real truth...in most states...is that it is absolutely illegal until you are sixteen years old, and he cannot be more than five years older than you are until you are eighteen. This is for sure the law in Montana.

Well it's to my understanding that girls mess with older guys all of the time. The only logicall question you ask yourself is what can a 14 year old girl do for a guy that's 19? To be perfectly honest it's something to frown at because of the age gap. Levels of understanding are totally different. There's only one thing that going to happen in that relationship.

No, it is not legal. A girl has to be 18 when the guy is 19. A guy can get into trouble when the girl is that young.

it depends... no sexual contact, and don't marry him unless u have permission from a legal guardian, thats legal anything else isn't. b careful...its really likely he likes u and is willing 2 wait 4 u 2 grow up but the older u get the more sexual urges u get, so tread carefully. good luck!

NO, it is not legal you need to be at least 16 just for age of consent but right now it is still statutory rape.

yes. where are your parents. Doing things behind their back like that can bring you tons of travel. he will not love you. older guys never love younger girls.Why do some of us just don't get that.
