Have a friend take you out.

Well- every decision you make has a consequence unfortunately, a good or bad one.
Don't drive - have someone else. One drink often leads to two.

Regarding the ID... if this is what you are talking about, does the permit have a picture of you? If you have a school ID alog with the permit that does not appear to be manufactured by you, they may let you walk on in for you legal drink.

The state excise police told me I needed 3 picture forms of I.D. Not only do I have no idea where you get 3 picture forms of I.D. but I chunked my license down anyway and still bought the beer, which pretty much made that guy full of s#!@. As far as the state I.D. is concerned I've heard of people not getting served and I've seen people not have any problem. Mostly it depends on what bar you go to. Try the state I.D. and go to a smaller bar instead of a trendy club. And above all, act like you've been there before.

it is very hard to buy alchol without at least having an ID. It is illegal for them to not ID you if you look like you are under the age of 27. And some places will id you if you look like you are 50. So my advice to you is to get your id or whatever.

You have to get a state issued ID card, different than a driver's license.

as far as i.d, a permit is a legal form, so you should have no problem. it works as good as a license.
