Ok i have this friend Kelcie, and she is really dominant i guess i could say...and she went out with this guy matt for a month or two i think, but they broke up a few months ago. Im not that good of friends with her... but we talk. Is it ok for me to go ouot with him? Oh we are 14.

why don't you ask your friend if she would be mad if you went out?
