Prepare hot green tea in a cermainc mug and cover it with a coaster or something to keep it hot.
Place it in front of you in a warm, quiet, serene room.
Sit on the floor with your legs crossed in front of you. Bow your head and meditate for several minutes. The duration is up to you. You will know when you have cleared or, at least, loosened your chi.
When you are ready, open your eyes and drink the tea.
Ongoing proper diet, lots of water, a bit of exercise.

People don't have chi, but try standing on a rock and screaming at the top of your lungs until you get a gold aura. Then you can fire the True Kamehameha Wave.

About 2 years ago in 5th grade, I had this really good friend for a little longer than 2 years. I told her I didn't want to be friends anymore over e-mail because her parents were freaks and she just kinda scared me. She called and e-mailed me all the time but I ignored her. And then a few months later she said that her dad shot himself in their kitchen right in front of her. I am scared of her family. I always think of her and I feel sad, but I think of my better friends that I have had for 8 years and I feel better!!! Yeah!

Take a nice hot bath while listening to classical music and having the room lit only by candles, followed by a session of deep meditation in a quiet room in your house.
My kitty likes to sleep in my lap while I'm meditating ^_^
