My daughter came home from school at 3:45 and this is what she ate so far, it's 8:20 pm.
Small chicken with broccolli with white rice from chinese take out, about 3/4 of the containers.
a serving Spaghetti with garlic and oil
a bowl of mint chip ice cream
a sugar free grape ice pop
a bologna sandwich on white bread

Evrytime I leave her alone shes in the kitchen getting something to eat, and she is skinny as a rail. I'm actually worried that something is wrong with her she eats like this all the time.

Well at least you know her metabolism is working! I f this is a fairly new behavior she may be going through a growth spurt and actually need the extra nutrients so she feels hungry all the time. Have her checked by a Dr to be certain she's OK. Another possibility: She may feel self conscience about her thinness and actually be trying to gain weight.

I notice there are barely any fruits or vegetables in that list -- broccoli from Chinese takeout doesn't count! It's only a matter of time before your daughter starts to gain weight from that diet, not to mention that it's very unhealthy. You should offer her some healthy alternatives and get the junk out of the house if she rummages through the fridge and cupboards when you're not there.

Ask the pediatrician who maybe could give you a referral to a dietian or nutritionist. Have the doctor make sure there's nothing wrong like tapeworm or something. But at least she's eating relatively healthy stuff, sometimes it's harder to get kids that age to eat healthy food (or eat at all).

I would have her checked out physically and make an appointment with a nutritionist.

she probably digests faster than some children would. it probably isn't healthy to eat like that even for a grown-up. i think you should talk to her doctor and ask for ways to help her stop eating so much.
