Im having a problem with girlfriend of only 2 months. She has a 10 month old son thats not mine but, I treat him like he is my very own. Thats not the problem though. She works at a advertising company. She says she works until 3:00 in the morning going door to door selling discount coupons and stuff like that. I only get to see her in the morning when we wake up. Just last month they increased my rent by 200 dollars and its been kinda hard paying that. I asked her to help out and she says she doesn't have any money. I caught her in a lie a couple of times. She works every day but sunday and on saturday night she wants to go out (without me and wants me to watch her son). I want to give her a chance but it seems like she doesn't want it. I think she belives Im stupid or clueless because, anyone knows that you don't knock on a door 1-2:00 in the morning.

Another note. While she is working through the week I wash her clothes make sure her child has food and bathe.

She,s using you. I,m sorry to hear about your situation but,you sound like a nice guy. Too nice for a woman that would treat you like she is obviously doing. Oh and I have never heard of a sales job that knocks on people,s doors at 2:00 in the morning. If somebody knocked on my door at that time I,d beat the hell out of them.

Hon, that child is lucky to have you around...but his mother sure doesn't deserve you.
NO one sells discount coupons (or anything else!) at three a.m....think about it. Wouldn't you call the police if someone did that to you? It sounds as though she's lying to you every single time she walks out the door and goes to work, if that's what she's actually doing. And she goes partying while you're at home watching HER son?!
She wants a free ride, and unfortunately you're providing it for her. You've already given her enough chances, Hon. Get out now, before the relationship gets any messier....for your own good. This woman's a user, and you'll end up with nothing but heartache if you stay.

Unfortunately Jo I think the writing is on the wall, and this girl is OFF the wall. Nobody makes door-to-door calls after 10:00 PM never mind until 3:00 AM!
Then Saturday she wants to go out while you watch her son... This relationship is going nowhere. It sounds like you have a great heart, put it to good use and open it up to someone who will reciprocate your love.
You are being used for as long as you will take it, cut your losses now and move on...

Well i find it very hard too believe she is selling discount coupons door to door at night that is impossible because people will call the police on her..She is lying to you she probably is a stripper or works a a job she can't tell you about either way she lied to you..You need to drop her like a bad habit and find someone else..

Your girlfriend is so lucky yo have someone like you. Well, from what I've read, I do really think that she is playing a fool on you. She is just using you to take care of her child. But I do pity the child. Well, as far as I know, she is JUST NOT INTO YOU!! So, my advise is, confront her and dump her and get a new girlfriend who will treat you much better and love you for who you are and not just using you. You need a new start buddy.

From my understanding I think you should dump her because she is playing you like a fool. Just needs a babysitter and you know ain't no job out that you have to work in the morning knock doors down.

Does she at least pay her share. I would think half of all expenses is quite fair considering 2 of them to you provide all this free babysitting. Honestly I think she is playing you I hate to say it. She will continue to use you as long as you let it happen. The lousy thing is all this time with the kid and you don`t usually get to see them again after a break up. If you do the kid will never love you as much as they do now. Its not your kid you have no rights. Best of luck to you.

Oh man. I don't me to be hurtful but it sounds to me like she is using you BIG TIME! You need to stop doing so much for her. I used to work in sales and I am sorry you don't need to "sell" anything at 1 or 2am! She needs to take care of her baby. Hang in there man! Good Luck. You should look 4 someone new - ASAP!
