Never got thumped in school. I also find it strange that with this mentality you have of us cops being picked on dorks, then why do criminals run from us and law abiding people call us to protect them?
Sounds like you have some issues to work through. I am assuming that you sufferred abuse as a child from a parent and that is why you have authoritarian issues. I would suggest that you seek counseling before your misplaced aggression gets your butt kicked or you end up being called Sally and forced to wear a mop wig while laying face down in a prison cot and being sodomized by an unwanted lover.

While I will say there are a very few Officers out there that should not be wearing the badge, there are many more people trying to post really stupid questions on YA without any thought or facts to back them up. You are in one of those groups. Guess which group you are in. (and I don't see a badge on you, YFAH)

not really.... most people who are cops didnt really even have that great of a history.... 1 of my friends was arrested a few times and he's in a police academy and is accepted into a department

according to what sociologist told on T,V, one night from L,A, who had interviewed prospective cops for the county for several years you are right, also they wanted a lower I,Q, than average as it was easier to mold them into the kind of person that would be a better cop, as far as the state wanted, , my question is I thought cops were meant to be public servants, not tyrants?but, I don't suppose public servants bring in much money, I also heard a reporter or maybe just a guest speaker on T,V, say that statistics show that cops kill more people in the U,S, than the actual crooks and robbers do excluding domestic killings???
