Does anyone have a good referral for pet insurance?

Pets Best or VPI (petinsurance.com)

Pet's Best covers 80% of costs but is a bit more expensive than VPI where they pay a flat rate. They are both on a reimbursement basis.

My vet says Pets Best is easier to work with.

By far the best on the market (in the US) is VPI Pet Insurance (www.petinsurance.com). I am a huge proponent of pet insurance. With a particular Boston Terrier pup, I literally saved over $6,000 (saved!) through insurance benefits. Remember, a pet's MRI is the same cost as a human's MRI ($1,000). VPI covers 80%. They also have optional riders like routine care and double cancer endorsements (I recommend!!). GET PET INSURANCE. YOU WILL NOT BE SORRY. AND DO IT NOW BEFORE PRE-EXISTING CONDITIONS.

In Canada, the best is Pet Plan (www.petplan.com).
