Get rid of anxiety?Without haveing to take medicine.I feel like Im trapped.But when i go to yosemite I feel relaxted and calm but I cant go there everyday.

try getting a poster or picture of yosemite and put it up in your room. then, when you get stressed, you can go into your room and look at the picture. dont forget to take deep breaths!!
or go laugh at a funny picture of you and your friends--or just laugh at anything funny you can find! i find having fun and laughing is the best way to get rid of it.

If you really like yosemite, or any national park, try these web sites. It has live web cams from Yosemite and other National Parks that you can see at any time.

The only difference between being at a National Park and being in the line at the grocery store, is that you accept one... and reject the other, probably in favor of the former. Accept the latter just as it is.
