nope. If some fanatical Christians were about to kill me, I would just say "I accept Jesus"..then I would be a "Christian". It wouldn't matter if I meant it or not, all I would need to do is claim to be one of them. (And then I could go back to making fun of them behind their backs after they left)

You know, Nicholas H, is probably right. That is sad, to not stand up for your beliefs just so you will not be lynched.
I say if you do not believ, then why not stand up and take it like a man!

but why would a atheists be scared of Lynching, and who would do this so-called lynching

Stalin, Mao, and Pol Pot used a lot of ways other than lynching. Really it is too slow. There are other ways you can achieve your goals, if lynching is scary to you.
