Are there any good sites that give pictures/directions to style waist legth/longer hair into an up-do for prom?

this website gives some instructions. sometimes you can kind of figure out the style by looking at it. If it is for the prom you have plenty of time to practice it. Check out these sites

i cant give very precise directions since it was MY hair that was getting done... but for senior ball last year i had all my hair into a ponytail at the crown & my hair was curled with a small-medium curling iron & sprayed with hairspray often & then the hairdressers scrunched it up into a messy bun (still in the ponytail) & used like 30 bobbypins to keep it in its place but it looked like i had a curly bun & i have side bangs so she sprayed them back & to the side (NOT cementing them to my forehead. i HATE that). it was really pretty & she finished it off with light glitter spray. looks great with dangly earrings! have someone try to do this for you some time before prom night to see if it works for you!
