No, it could be very green are also a little yellow...color is not important in order to judge olive oil.
The proof is that official tasters always use dark glasses so that their sense is not influenced by the color. Many times oils are chemically manipulated to be greener because customers believe that greener oil is better. This is absolutely wrong!

If it's extra virgin olive oil, then yes it will look sort of greenish. Then virgin olive oil is pretty much dark yellow and light olive oil looks just like regular vegetable oil. Basically, the darker olive oils are from olives that have been pressed for oil less than ligher oils which have been pressed several times.

as a general guideline (of course there are always exceptions), the greener the oil, the stronger its flavor will be.
most regular quality olive oils are gold in color, while the more expensive varieties will be greenish, because they were taken from the first pressing of the olives. this is why they're more expensive, although i find that it's quite worth it for the extra flavor :D

It can be. The color has nothing to do with quality. Colors of olive oil can range from champagne, golden-green or bright green.
