Perdedor, but that means loser as in win or lose. If you mean someone who's worthless, you would use other words. In Argentina they say "that guy is worth a zero to the left." Meaning nothing. Or fracasado meaning failure

Fracasado.
You could use "perdedor" that is a literal translation but is wide use in spanish too.

do you mean it like, "you are a loser!" and then you put your hand to make an L on your forehead? in spanish, i think it would be adequate to say..."naco!!!" it's like saying.."you are SO tacky" or "you are utterly without class" or "whitetrash" but in a slightly cooler way and with it's growing popularity...i personally think it works just like "loser" in that it's totally ok to say to a friend, and NOT ok to say to a person in a mean tone.

Uhhhh... its like perdidor or something. Like in Beck's song "Loser" he says "I'm a loser" in spanish over and over again so yeah....

I have seen it translated as "disastre" (cf. English disaster) in "Latina" magazine although their probably are some other colloquial and slang terms for it in Spanish.
