I went to buy some household goods and saw a new business with a sign that read: "A Family Store."

Being curious, I went in, but couldn't find anything. It was a huge store and there were hundreds of people mulling around, clustered in groups of 4-to-6, looking as confused as me.

I asked a salesman, "Where are the household goods?"

He said, "Didn't you read the sign? This is a Family Store."

Is that the next generation of the Mom and Pop store? I once saw a sign at a movie theater that said "Children under five are free". I said to the clerk "I'll take two girls and a boy". Now that's a family store!

Surrounded by families, great way to meet new friends. Smart idea for a store.
