Well according to Christian beliefs yes there were lots of days where no body died.
Assuming you believe in Adam and Eve they were alive for a while. And then the population increased more and more, but people weren't dying. There are biblical figures that lived into the multiple hundreds.
But since time has started to go foward (the years 0-present, A.D.)
Someone has died everyday, and someone has been born every day. And I'm sure if you search statistics you may see those numbers are probably more like hundreds of people are born and die every second.

I'm sure long long ago, when the human population was in the thousands there must have been days when no one died.
However it is just statistically impossible given world populations over the last couple of thousand years, for anyone not to have died on a single day.
