Probably. Sour cream has already gone sour. It may be somewhat separated, so give it a stir. Then give it the taste/smell test. It should be ok.

Personally, I don't think I'd eat it.

Along the same lines, some people never refrigerate butter. In fact, my mom is one of them. No one at her house has ever gotten sick. But I keep my butter in the fridge at all times---and my sour cream, too!

If you were a woman you could just tell you husband to take a bite and check back on him in an hour. It's a foolproof method.

i'd rather you not eat it. it has dairy products in it and it can go bad in a short time.
