My finace was logged in and I saw an eHarmony email addressed to him (in other words his full name). Would they have his name if he hadn't signed up? Should I be worried to see this in his inbox?

I wouldn't worry. I get all kinds of email from dating sites, mortgage companies, penis enlargers, and "friends" who want me to have sex with a donkey. The emails come addressed to my real name; I assume it was sold or snagged when I requested a brochure or catalog somewhere.

You should be worried. Isn't eHarmony for people who want to get married? Why would he be looking there if he is engaged to you?

It might be an old account that still sends him stuff (I still get emails from Classmates, and I haven't been a member for 4 years). Don't jump to conclusions...but keep and eye on him.

Eharmony is a matchmaker web site if he is your fiance why would he still be on that web site?

Sounds like cold feet. Ask him about it. He could get offended that you were snooping, but insist that he is changing the subject.
