You must have one of the words wrong, such as "options" or "who." There might be words in it like "nothing more than," "just," or "only" before "coward." This would invalidate any search that you've restricted with "quotation marks."

It sounds familiar-- it sounds like something out of a Heinlein novel, but my searches don't turn up any results for him. Try adding "Heinlein" to narrow your search if you try again with different words.

I did that search, partly because it's a cool quote, partly because it may have been by Heinlein, and partly because I have nothing better to do with my time. As far as I can tell, it's an anonymous saying that is popularly quoted in the military.
