Definitely yes! The important thing is to LISTEN during conversations with her...Remember her interests--what she likes to do, where she likes to go, etc.
For example, on any random day (doesn't have to be a birthday or holiday), you could surprise her with her favorite flowers. Or if she likes a certain band, you could get concert tickets to see them. You could also try to cook for her and make a nice candlelit dinner. She will be very impressed by the effort you put into it.
Being romantic also includes the little things like holding the door open for her or giving her your jacket when she's cold.
It doesn't matter how much money you spend...just how much you care about her and make her feel special :)
P.S. I think this romance should go both ways in a relationship.

Every girl likes to be romanced. Flowers and Chocolates are so old its not funny, you need to be creative and different to really 'wow' her. Try a poem that you wrote, a romantic candle lit dinner at the beach, a treasure hunt with notes leading to the gift at the end.

yes and yes and yes....How? be yourself, do not try to be somebody else we can see right through that and dont like it...Chances are if she is dating you its because she likes the inner you, no matter how well hid you think it is she most likely sees it so dont try to act all tough ...be confidant but not arrogant...big turn off.... Open doors for her.compliment her. If you can tell she took trouble doing her hair or is wearing something new NOTICE it and say something nice....Chivalry still lives, so pick up the bill at dinner without making her feel like she owes you for it....She may want to pay her half on her own but it makes us feel special to have a guy feel she is worth it .... Show strength without acting like it....its called being humble..So be humble... :) good luck!

I sure don't. Romance is overrated. I feel physically ill every time I'm exposed to it.
