OK ... I just ran Windows Vista Business on my computer .. I see it's a great operator system. Now I'm trying to open my Windows Live Messenger and it doesn't let me; means I'm trying to go online with it but there's an error. WLM says that I need to check the PROXY setting on the options, which I did and everthing is fine, then it's telling to check my computer's firewall, which I added WLM to a total access, and still giving me the same error, same happens with Yahoo! Messenger. I don't know what else to do. By the way my desktop is connected wirelessly.. Please answer if you have experienced the same problem as me, or if you really know what to do ... Don't come and tell to go to microsoft troubleshooting because I already did. I will appreciate it thank Every1

The original poster referred to Windows Live Messenger, which is the MSN Messenger update. Windows Messenger was a stripped down version of MSN Messenger and has been discontinued.
To the original poster: I would check your wireless connection and its settings. You shouldn't be connecting to a proxy.
