Uh....Hindu men tie their hair up in turbins. They believe it's a sin to cut hair, because growing hair is a natural process and they don't want to disturb it. So they tie their hair up to keep it out of the way.

a) You are mixing up Muslims with Sikhs
b) Sikhs cannot cut their hair, and they keep it up in a turban. It's part of the 5 K's of Sikhism.
c) I have no idea what you're getting at with the rest of your question, makes no sense.
