as a middle school teacher, I'd say you have nothing to worry about. the report was probably sent up to the high school, but you essentially start high school with a clean slate. if u were caught in high school as well, then both could be reported- like a probation.

I'm in college- get caught cheating numerous times in middle school. and twice in highschool, and I now go to a really prestigious college actually that is really hard to get into. It didn't really matter for me because it never went on a file of any sort. They just gave me detention or a zero...and I more than made up for it in most cases. I didn't cheat that much but ALWAYS got caught when I did. However, you can NEVER cheat in college or you will be kicked out FOR SURE! They can kick you out on mere suspicion! Good luck tho and i don't think they would ever file a middle schooler cheating so don't worry about it :-)

Of course it counts. You are setting yourself up NOW for good study habits and learning. Cheating is always wrong and in some areas middle school discipline records are part of your transcript which will be part of your college application.
More and more colleges want both academic and disciplinary records from K-12 and it's legal and I think a good thing.

You everybody is particularly frightened of this real American patriot, are not you. that is large. you have damned good reason to be afraid...your pathetic, ineffective days are numbered. She is awesome a chord with individuals and that she has reminders written on her hand is so beside the point while in comparison with Obama and his teleprompter use even in front of grade schoolers...i assume he did no longer want to look out-gunned via 5th graders. Oh, and her toxicity is a lot much less effective than is yours and your ilk.

You can cheat all you want in middle school and high school, and even get bad grades. Just take a proficency exam to go to college when in high school. That's what I did. (except for the cheating, I just messed around)

What are you really accomplishing by cheating . To me it seems when one cheats they are in fact cheating themselves out of an education. Never mind the fact that it is a dishonest and deplorable habit that will ultimately become counter productive in the future.

no it doesnt but it will ultimately be harder for you in the long run. to apply for college and scholarships you need letters of recomendation and you wont get good ones if you get a bad name for yourself. and jst to let you know colleges have a no tollerance policy so if you cheat your out! be careful

colleges don't care if you cheated in high school or middle school , how would they find out? its not like if you get caught your teacher is gonna run and alert all the colleges that you apply to, just don't let it happen in college or you could get kicked out.

Cheaters are bad and colleges do not like them. Having that file will make whoever looks at your application say, "I wonder if he cheated to get that accomplishment?"
