When I push play - - - - - flashes on display on DVD player and then goes to displaying 85. HELP!

tried your suggestion about turn it over and trying again. It displayed NO DISC. I turned it back over and it displayed the original message I posted about.

Lets go back a step. Why are you trying to use a cleaner? Do you have other problems?
