Ringworm is very contagious to people from their cats. A cat CAN be rabid and that is not very likely for a pet cat. I believe a lot of people in veterinary clinics have been vaccinated for that.
If you get a deep puncture bite from a cat you should be updated on your tetanus shot.

The only one I've heard of is Bartonella aka Cat Scratch Fever. I don't think it's very dangerous for humans and there's no vaccine, but there is treatment for it if your cat tests positive. And of course any animal can transmit rabies, but if you keep up with his rabies vaccine there's nothing to fear from that. Distemper, feline aids and feline leukemia are not transmittable to humans.

A pregnant woman can contract toxoplasmosis from a litter box if she is not careful to wash her hands thoroughly after each cleaning. I don't think that there are any vaccinations for that.

There's also toxoplasmosis, from cat feces, they're always warning women who are pregnant to be careful if they have cats.
