I'm making chili for the super bowl this weekend and I would like to know of a good mixed drink to serve up with that. I know most people would just say beer but I want some mixed drink ideas! Thanks.

Tequila sunrise or bloody mary or bloody maria. Those would be my choices. Or my go to drink the old Jack Daniels, water and ice

my first choice would be beer. second margarita. cool to cut the spicy chili. I don't think many other mixed drinks go with chili. Maybe a red wine from South America? Like a Chilean Carmenere, kind of like a Merlot.

Margaritas, hands down. Chili and Margarita's both have roots in the southwest and Mexico. There is a reason they both come from the same region, they compliment each other and nothing cuts the heat of chili like a margarita.

If it's Texas style chili then u gota have whiskey. Rum & Coke is also good. It's cool and refreshing to help wash down hot chili. Gin Rickies are also good.

nothing sweet, I say all types of beer would be nice and some shots, every time your team makes a touch down every one takes a shot.. we did this last year and it was so much fun , I'll team won and no one made it to work the next day.lol
