Something with more body. You could go for the Jennifer Aniston look, but that might be a bit harsh.

I looks like you have hair that is finer. You may want to go 1-2 inches shorter but have your stylist add lots of layers. This will help add volume to your hair. A sweeping side bang is also really in right now so maybe consider something like that as well.
