How long should I wait to get my tattoo filled in with color after I get it (I can't afford getting color at the same time I get the outline)? I'm thinking two weeks, until I get my next pay check. But yeah.. suggestions would be great!

about two to three weeks you want to make sure it is healed before they start tattooing again. And that you have the money for it too.

When you talk to the artist
he will set an appointment
for your tattoo and you can
ask about this. It really doesn't
have to be right away. It's
totally up to you. I have a tat
that I got some years ago.
I have decided to add color.
No rush..anytime will do.

i would wait the two weeks and get the tattoo done all in the same sitting. but that's just me. if not then atleast two weeks. or as long as it takes for your skin to heal completely.

To be honest you should have asked the tattooist. I had mine done outline first and i was told no less than 6 weeks for it to heal perfectly.I listened to him and i now have full sleeves legs, back, chest.....Heed my advice and you should end up with stunning tattoos, Enjoy and never be ashamed....

Wait until the outline heals. (scabs over and falls off)
