i'm unsure how to use it with my mac and cheese i'm out of real milk and found a 12oz can of evaporated milk in my pantry and i want to know how i can use it.

You do not have to reconstitute evaporated milk for macaroni and cheese. In fact the mac and cheese taste better that way.

you can dilute it with water. I would add 12 oz. of water to 12 oz. of evaporated milk. The taste may not be the same as regular milk.

You can add an equal amt. of water to it to make normal milk, bu you can also use it as-is for a richer product.

Just guessing,but I would think it about like condensed soup,just add a can of water to it,then what the recepe calls for ?

mix it half and half with water before use
