With all due respect, you are choosing to be ignorant.
Picture this: you are driving on a highway and at some point there is a sign that says, Caution High Cliff ahead. You say, eh I don't believe there is a cliff therefore I'm gonna keep on driving.
Hell exists. If you are going in that directions, you will end up there. Where are you going? Heaven or hell? How can you tell? God created you, if you don't believe that, its your choice. God also created Lucifer, and because Lucifer wanted to be greater than his creator and disobeyed his God, he was thrown into a lake of fire which many call hell. Whoever disobeys GOd's laws (the ten commandments) will be punished. The first people created were Adam and Eve - they disobeyed GOd by listening to a disguised Lucifer. Disobeying God is called sinning and to be clean again you must pay a price equal to the sin. Then you can be forgiven of your sin as God is just - compare him to a judge - if you commit a crime you must pay the price. So it is with God. The price must be paid with innocent blood - thus the sacrifices in the Old Testament. Jesus however became the sacrifice for all who belive in it. He paid the price for us all.
We are discussing something that people have made controversial. But if you think about it...how can so very many different life forms develop with such intricate and complex chemistry just out of some simple atoms? Evolution is just a theory. Has not been proven - why choose to believe in something that has no proof! Hell is real - just because we don't believe in it does not make it any better and sadly many will end up there just becuse they were too stubborn to believe.

God doesn't threaten us. We decide. Hell is separation from God. It's the same for every one of us. Don't think that anyone is any worse or better than you are. We all have the same choice to make. I understand one reason for people to be here criticizing others' belief in God - they think that believers are better or they think that they believe that they are better. Why get your information secondhand from people you claim not to believe? Don't you see the futility of that? You may find in the end that some of who those you criticize will end up with you in eternity without God. How will you feel when you've found that you've been scammed so completely? You can't tell believers from nonbelievers. Go straight to the source.

Hell was never intended for human beings. It was created for the devil and the fallen angels. But because of rebellion those who willingly reject salvation through Jesus Christ will go there too, whether they believe there is a hell or not.
