Hang the tile first but be sure that if it's a wall hung sink that there is needed support in the wall to probably anchor it too. It would be easy to install blocking now before the tile is installed. After tile is set and grouted, then install the sink and run a seam of Dap around the sink. Good luck

check the directions on the sink. Some are meant to go in first, others go over the tile. If the back of the sink looks like it mates up to the wall and the tiles go around it, then it should be hung first and tiled around. It really depends on the sink.

Since your tie in will be at the floor level you need to start with the floor and work your way up. Take an accurate measurement of the tiles versus wall space. If any cutting is required to make the tiles flow into the wall space make the cuts in the first few lines. This will make the tiles look correct in the higher levels.

Hang the sink first and then do your tiling. You need to use a hardboard on the sink top before you put down the tile.

Tile 1st, leave opening to pipes clear, if you hang the sink 1st, it will not lay flush agaisnt wall, because tile adds a small amount of depth.
