Yahoo Q&A is a good starter, there are serious people on this
site, and the not so serious. Let your question lie for a couple
of days and I am certain that someone will come up with a good
solution. But please check for new answers since they may dribble
in. I am sorry that I can‘t volunteer since I am a long way from you
and speak a different language, and all I can say is that church
helps, independent of creed. If you decide to go in this direction,
take a friend with you since it will help you in meeting others,
lots of others who will approach you in a friendly way. I wish you
all the best, Iain

Don't know of any, but what a brave person to put this question up. Mental illness is, to me anyway, one of the last taboos. It's not taken seriously by anyone especially our government. Did you know, our Big Brother government is seriously considering tagging the mentally ill? Before the dickheads on here start saying "about time too!", who knows what they will consider a mental illnes in the future?

hi, i am going through clinical depression myself....if you have msn we could chat....dont worry, i am safe lol.
apart from that, there will definately be groups in your area, it can be quite suprising how many sufferers there are and the worst part is if you talk to someone that has not suffered, they think you are just whining on about nothing, it is hard to understand from the outside.
anyway safcian@yahoo.co.uk
if you want to chat.
good luck.

It's the wrong idea, you need happy people around you, depressed people will make you feel worse. have a look at a few websites that have jokes
