all cylendars are doing around 113 psi. it only smokes when you first crank it up. when you give it gas you cant tell it missing.

IF you have multi port injection you probably have a bad injector on yhe #3 cylinder. That happened on my truck.

compression of 113 is a little low should be approx 150 since al cylinders are low it is possible the timing belt has jumped a tooth or more is there coolant leaking out of the water pump the waterpump is driven by the timing belt I've seen timing belts jump due to the water pump pulley cocking. if the belt gets out of time far enough it will bend the valves which could of already have happened for the trans did you check the fluid level ???

Was the compression above 100psi. You should compare it to the other cylinders. If compression is ok, plug, plug wire and coil are new, you have a bad injector. You should also check the motor/trans mounts...
Is the smoke black? If so the #3 injector is probably leaking.
