Urine odor is related to the volume and concentration of a variety of chemicals excreted by the kidney. Normally, diluted urine doesn't have much odor. If you're dehydrated and your urine becomes highly concentrated, it can have a strong ammonia smell. Many foods and medications — such as asparagus or certain vitamins — also can affect the odor of urine.
Most changes in urine odor are temporary and don't indicate serious illness. But sometimes an unusual urine odor can be associated with an underlying medical condition, such as a urinary tract infection.
Strong ammonia smell Not enough fluids, dehydration
Foul smelling Bacterial infection of the kidneys or bladder
Sweet smelling Uncontrolled diabetes
Musty smelling Liver disease; phenylketonuria, a rare, inherited metabolic condition

even though you may be drinking fluids, you may not be drinking enough h2o. 8-10 glasses a day should make urine clear, it should be clear all the time and no odor should occur.

being pregnant mixed alongside with your prenatal supplements could make your urine and your stool some weird and wonderful colorings. don't be alarmed! Your physique is working beyond common time and it is taking in foodstuff from each little thing you place into your physique and removing each little thing undesirable for you (urine and feces). yet sure, being pregnant might reason your urine to be discolored and powerful in heady scent!

The longer between potty times, the stronger it will be.

What you eat and what you drink, especially if what you drink involves alcohol. I do not know if it is the alcohol itself or the balance of the liquid, but wine and beer do cause different odours.

sometimes it's just the food you're eating - and drinking fluids is good, but make sure it's water...water is what flushes your system...eating asparagus makes your pee smell...garlic too...how are u so sure you don't have an infectipon - sometimes the only symptoms are smell and discharge...good luck!!!
