My HDTV is the Mitsubishi WD-62827 and it has 2 ATSC tuners. I live in the Phoenix area so I should be able to receive a HD signal, right? I don't really get how I'm supposed to get High Def through the Antenna.

Are you connecting the antenna to the TV using HDMI? If not, that should be the problem. And if a local station isn't broadcasting in HD, you're outta luck. You're better off getting HD cable than messing with this antenna crap. Antennas = Bleh.

You can only get the locals if they are broadcasting in Hd. Other wise you may have subscribe to directv/cable. I recommend also, making sure you get an Hdmi cable this will provide the best picture& sound...hope this helps
