Not sure if you are serving a 'main dish?' So I will throw out my best idea's...though keep in mind, not sure if you are looking for an accompaniment or just a filler....
BACON CHEESEBURGER PASTA (Really easy and guys LOVE IT!!)
Ingredients:
• 8oz pasta
• 1lb ground beef
• 6 bacon strips
• 1 can tomato soup
• 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Directions:
Fry ground beef and bacon, drain grease. Cook pasta as directed on package and drain. Pour pasta in skillet with beef and bacon. Add soup to skillet and cook until soup is hot. Sprinkle with cheese and cover until cheese is melted.
GERMAN POTATO SALAD (Served warm is best in winter!)
This recipe is good if you are serving Brats or BBQ Sandwiches, etc. Probably not good with chili. Lots of ingredients, but REALLY easy to make.
1/2 lb bacon
2 tsp. celery seed
1/2 cup chopped celery
1 cup chopped onion
1 cup vinegar
1 cup water
4 tbsp. flour
4 tbsp. sugar
3 tsp. salt
12 cups cooked potatoes, chopped
pepper
parsley
Cook bacon till crisp; drain (reserving 1/2 cup fat), and crumble. Cook onion and celery in fat till just tender. Blend in flour, sugar, salt, celery seed, and pepper to taste. Add vinegar and water. Cook and stir till thickened and bubbly. Add bacon and potatoes; heat thoroughly, tossing lightly so as not to break up the potato slices. Garnish with parsley.
SOUR CREAM SALSA
1 LARGE tub of Sour Cream
1 LARGE jar of your favorite chunky salsa
Mix together thoroughly and serve with Tortilla chips. Really good, fast, and serves a lot of people for a little $$.
EASY 7 LAYER SALAD

Chopped black olives
Shredded cheddar cheese
Chopped green onions

Guacamole and Chips, healthy, tasty, and FAST to make, but not just any Guac, the real Mexican recipe is the best, don't try those sour cream cumin flavored substitute guacs that make the dip taste like it's full of preservatives. I saw the recipe on yahoo videos just today too...I was offended...they forgot to put salt, tomato, and peppers, and the cilantro was not even well diced. You need diced Tomatoes, Lime juice, diced Serrano or Jalapeno peppers, Cilantro, White or Yellow Onion, salt to your liking and good hands to mush it together, oh and don't forget the tortilla chips! Anyways, you can also do Nachos or a meat snack display o'deourves, a simple large plate displaying sliced Salame, Pepperoni, mini links/sausages, etc. Bruchetta with grilled sparagus & cheese wrapped in Italian deli is delicious too!

Bacon Dogs! LOL, it's baccconn!!
1 (16 ounce) package hot dogs
16 slices bacon, cut into thirds
2 cups packed brown sugar
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Spread about 1/3 of the brown sugar in the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish. Slice each hot dog into 6 pieces and wrap each piece with 1/3 slice of bacon. Secure with toothpicks. Arrange half of the bacon wrapped dogs in a single layer over the sugar in the baking dish. Sprinkle another 1/3 of the sugar over them. Top with another layer of bacon dogs, followed by the remaining sugar. Cover the dish with aluminum foil.
Bake for 45 to 60 minutes in the preheated oven, stirring a few times. Once the bacon is crisp, remove the dish from the oven and transfer the contents to a slow cooker. Set on high for about 10 minutes, then set to low to keep warm while serving.

How about stuffing balls? Make a stuffing using Pepperidge farm herb stuffing mix, crumbled sausage and spinach. Make it firm by adjusting the amount of liquid. Roll into small balls like meatballs and pan fry. Make it into a main dish by adding more meat or seafood and making into large patties.
