I'll tell you what. I'll answer your question without looking at your profile.
At some point, it might be important for you to stay away from girls that 1) would break up with someone because of looks AND 2) tell them that was their reason. Nobody needs to hear that they're unattractive. That's a really shitty thing to say.
If you can purposefully and sincerely think to yourself "screw her", pursue the unique things that really interest you, and develop a sense of confidence that doesn't depend on other people's opinions of you, you'll immediately become a very attractive person even IF your creator(s) didn't bless you with the very best physical form.

Why the hell did she start going out with you in the first place then? I wouldn't go out with somebody I wasn't attracted to because it just wouldn't work having to see the person everyday knowing that they just don't appeal physically to you. She's probably lying and trying to cover up some other reason.
