I hear epsom salt really helps, but I don't have any of that, so is there anything else that would work?

I am sore around my shoulders and legs from swimming

thanks

table salt would work in place of epsom salt, it sounds like you need a massage

I'm a health educator and my daughter is a hardcore serious dancer who trains with top ballet masters in California and ALL of them recommend and use apple cider vinegar. Put 2-3 cups of apple cider vinegar (it has to be the apple cider kind , not white) in a warm tub and soak for at least 20 minutes. You may feel like an Easter egg, but I don't know anyone who has done it who hasn't said it helps. It detoxifies the joints and muscles when acid builds up in them from over-use.
