It really depends on how much you like this girl, and how far you want to go with the kiss. Although simple, kissing can be a complicated thing. It should happen when the mood is right. It should also feel natural, not awkward.

idk about other girls but i like slow kisses at first.. just kissing.. no tongue.. and then add it slowly and dont just shove it in there either because then the girl is gunna feel attacked lol
